I'm building a customer journey analysis dashboard for our retail planning team. The Sankey chart is mentioned in the Intelligence sheet video series. Has anyone built one and can share tips on configuration?

Sankey charts in Intelligence sheets work on a source → flow → target dimension model. For customer journey, your 'flow' dimension represents the stage transitions. You need at least three columns: source node, target node, and flow value.

We found the Sankey most valuable for visualising channel attribution — how customers arrive at conversion across web, email, and in-store touchpoints. The width of each flow immediately shows where the volume lives.
