Built a customer journey analysis dashboard for our commercial planning team using the Sankey chart in Intelligence sheets. We track six stages: Awareness → Consideration → Intent → Purchase → Retention → Advocacy. The volume at each transition stage feeds directly into our revenue forecast assumptions. The planning team can now see where we lose customers and plan acquisition spend accordingly.
