This Privacy Policy describes how Lumel Technologies Inc. (“Lumel”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Fabric Plan community at community.fabricplan.com (the “Community”).
The Community is a space for planning professionals to learn, discuss, and share knowledge. By creating an account or using the Community, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
If you choose to register or sign in using LinkedIn, we receive the following from LinkedIn with your consent:
We do not receive your LinkedIn password, connections, or any information beyond what LinkedIn’s sign-in service provides. Your use of LinkedIn is governed by LinkedIn’s own privacy policy.
Usage data. Pages visited, searches performed, features used, and interactions with Community content.
Activity and gamification data. Points, badges, ranks, and achievements earned through participation in the Community.
Technical data. IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and referring URLs.
Cookies. See Section 6 below.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Community, such as which pages are visited and how users navigate the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect your IP address and usage information, which is processed by Google as described in Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

The Community is operated by Lumel. While Fabric Plan is developed in partnership with Microsoft, Microsoft does not operate this Community and does not receive your Community account data from us, except where you separately interact with Microsoft services under their own terms.

The Community is operated from the United States, and your information is stored and processed on servers located in the United States. If you access the Community from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed password storage, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Community is intended for professionals and is not directed at children. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and for material changes we will provide additional notice (such as an email or a Community announcement). Your continued use of the Community after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
