Regarding your question about having each region/company in a different page - Yes, you can absolutely do that by using the Page Break option. You can insert a page break based on either a row dimension, column dimension or by inserting a break row at the desired location. This would split the report into multiple pages, one for each of the regions/companies. When you export the report, each of the page will be exported as a different sheet in Excel which you can easily share with your users. You can also adjust the header to show the corresponding company/region on each page.
