@mentions and task assignments on matrix comments, at scale, how are people managing?

The comment threads with @mentions and task assignments look useful for structured reporting review, but I'm trying to picture it at volume. If a matrix has dozens of flagged variance cells each with an assigned task, is there a way to see all open comments/tasks across the report in one place, or do you have to hunt cell by cell? Wondering whether this holds up as a real review workflow or gets noisy once the whole team is on it.

Hi CharHayes,

Yes, this scales well for larger review workflows. You don't need to navigate cell by cell to find open discussions.

You can access Comments → View All Comments to see every comment across the report in a single consolidated view. This detailed view shows all comments and replies with timestamps, along with the specific row and column context each comment is linked to. You can also respond to comments directly from this view, making it much easier to manage reviews when multiple users are collaborating.

Additionally, you can keep the Comments Panel open at all times by enabling Comments → Settings → Show Comments Panel, which provides quick access to active discussions while reviewing the report.

You can also configure comment security settings to control who can view, add, edit, or manage comments, ensuring collaboration remains secure and relevant for each user group.
