Consolidate data between sheets

Data consolidation is a core capability of Infobridge. Create plans, budgets, and forecasts across regions, segments, and product lines, then use infobridge to consolidate them into a single, unified master plan.

In this article, you learn to combine rows across multiple planning sheets using a bridge.

Combine rows in a bridge#

Consider a scenario where you consolidate the regional plans for sales data.

1. Create a bridge and add the individual regional plans.

2. In the Home ribbon, select Append Query. Then, select the queries to combine.

A new query is created after combining rows from the selected queries.

3. Create a new planning sheet, then map the row dimensions using the appended query from the Queries section in the Data pane.
